Bulgarian immigrant Maria Borissova's arrival in the United States last June was met with an American nightmare: she was robbed of $1,000 and later cheated out of her waitressing tips by a greedy restaurant owner.
But the 24-year-old Moorpark College student found Christmas spirit in Cars 4 Causes, which through its new program gave her a 1986 Toyota Celica, allowing her to drive to classes and a new job.
