MATERNITY CARE COALITION'S `MOMOBILE' HEADS INTO LATINO COMMUNITY ON MAY 2 IN ONGOING EFFORT TO REDUCE PHILADELPHIA'S INFANT MORTALITY RATE
PHILADELPHIA, April 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The MOMobile, an innovative and exciting effort begun last year by the Maternity Care Coalition, is charting a course through the Latino community.
Aimed at reducing Philadelphia's extremely high rate of infant mortality, the MOMobile will kick off this new Latino project on Wednesday, May 2, at 2 p.m., in the heart of Philadelphia's Hispanic community -- the 2900 block of N. 5th Street, or "The Golden Block" as it's affectionately known.
