TUNA FISH CAKES WITH PARSLEY AND MAYONNAISE
THE huge rise in the popularity of canned tuna can be attributed to two things - it's cheap and it's healthy. I happen to think it's a bit dull as well, but the great thing about tuna is that you can turn it into a delicious dish with very little trouble.
These fish cakes, for instance, will make a terrific evening meal for four people and can be dished up in about 20 minutes.
