Mar. 9--NEWPORT, R.I.--Robert J. Leary says he did not know that the Rhode Island income tax form had changed significantly this year.
So when it came time to prepare state income tax returns for two of his sons, Jared and Robbie, a few weeks ago, he jumped right in.
And what did he find? "The form looks different," said Leary, 54, of Newport. However, he said, "If you can follow directions, you can do it. It's easy."
