It's organized chaos at LoDo's newest restaurant, and the hot spot isn't even open yet. Dishes clang, glasses ting, waitresses in sophisticated black outfits chop mint and olives feverishly, and a dull roar of conversation forms a backdrop.
The Latin-fusion cafe, the Samba Room, on the corner of 15th and Larimer streets in downtown Denver will be unveiled March 14, and it's already buzzing.
