Malaysian carrier AirAsia is planning to appeal to stay at Subang Airport - also known as Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport - for three years.

The appeal follows the Malaysian government's move to uphold its earlier decision to close the airport and transfer all operations to Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
