ON my desk this week landed a press release from The Cabbage Soup Diet Co titled In Search of Happiness.
If I'd thought a couple of Savoys and a bunch of spring greens were the answer to all life's problems I'd have bagged an allotment years ago along with a maroon cardigan, but I shouldn't be so cynical.
This company which proclaims, "We care about the shape you're in" are offering a "Happiness Plan" for body and mind. Cringe. What else?
