SHANGHAI, China -- The continued rapid expansion of semiconductor manufacturing in the People's Republic of China has raised interest in SEMICON China, the largest trade exposition dedicated to semiconductor manufacturing technology in China. SEMICON China 2002, which runs March 26-27 at the Shanghai INTEX, is presented by Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI).
