Proposed revised rules for Oregon's removal/fill permit program will be discussed at seven public meetings around the state Monday through March 19.
On Wednesday, a hearing will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Lane County Public Works offices, 3040 N. Delta Highway in Eugene.
On Thursday, a hearing will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the North Bend Library at 1800 Sherman Ave.
John Lilly, assistant director of the Division of State Lands, said the revisions are the most comprehensive changes in the program in 16 years.
