WAKEFIELD, Mass. -- Specialty Filaments Inc., the manufacturer of durable synthetic fibers, announced the launch of its Silvershield product line. Silvershield fibers will provide the natural antimicrobial protection of silver via the incorporation of the AgION antimicrobial compound, a product of AgION Technologies.
