Seafood buyers won't want to miss the 20th International Boston Seafood Show, held at the Hynes Convention Center March 12 to 14. The event is sponsored by SeaFood Business magazine and the National Fisheries Institute.
Attending IBSS, North America's largest seafood trade show, is the most cost-effective way to source and sample seafood. The show boasts more than 750 exhibitors in more than 1,200 booths. Visitors have three days to take in three floors of exhibits. The variety of products ranges from abalone to whiting, from shrimp-processing equipment to fish slicers, from crab cakes to coating mixes.
