In the late 1970s, when David Overton was opening his first few Cheesecake Factory restaurants, he consulted an astrologer to determine each site's ideal ``birth date.''
Times have changed.
``I haven't used (astrology) in a number of years; there's just been too much going on,'' said the 51-year-old founder, chairman and chief executive of The Cheesecake Factory Inc., based in Calabasas.
