What exactly is a director of public relations and development for an elementary school district? What duties does she have? How much teaching does she do? Is the school district wealthy enough to afford the luxury of a director of public relations? If she is the director of public relations, who is she directing? How many public relations employees is the school district supporting? Could the dollars be better spent educating our children?
