A master plan for the Santa Clara River and two tributaries has been drafted by the Valencia Co. to allow for construction of bridges and bank protection along 16 miles of Southern California's last major natural waterway.
The Natural River Management Plan, drafted in cooperation with the state Department of Fish and Game and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, will be reviewed by Fish and Game officials at a 7 p.m. public hearing Tuesday at the Valencia Hilton Garden Inn.
