FACT: Hideo Nomo pitched poorly for the second straight outing, walking four straight at one point and not retiring a batter in the second inning of Sunday's 11-7 loss to Montreal. In three-plus innings this spring, Nomo's ERA is 21.00. With just more than three weeks to Opening Day, Nomo acknowledged his pitching mechanics are awful, but his surgically repaired right elbow is fine. ``I have to focus on control,'' Nomo said through an interpreter. ``My health is fine.''
