An overflow of talent made the Marmonte League one of the toughest for both softball and baseball this season. An even tougher task would be taking on a combination of the various team's stars.
Such will be the case of the Bernie Milligan Daily News All-Star East teams, which face West softball and baseball squads loaded with Marmonte League senior standouts.
Westlake, the Southern Section Division III baseball runner-up, has the league's most representatives with three participants for today's 4 p.m. game at Cal State Northridge.
