Byline: Bob Strauss Daily News Film Critic
A decent though not exactly inspired black comedy, ``Clay Pigeons'' boasts just enough grotesquerie and gallows humor to sustain interest. But unlike the recent ``Your Friends & Neighbors'' or the upcoming ``Very Bad Things,'' this film doesn't have much of a point to make beyond the obvious one that very bad things can happen when you mess with your friends and neighbors.
It's not the kind of thing you remember as all that outrageous afterward, even if you enjoy a few good gasps and jolts in the watching. There's a certain passion missing from its studied wickedness.
