If you're like most of us, you have your favorite must-have Thanksgiving desserts like pumpkin, apple or mince pie. But it's fun to add an element of surprise to end the feasting.
Included in this collection are some creations with a different twist including a Honey Apricot Linzer Torte, Almond Biscotti and French Apple Dessert. The torte features a dried apricot filling and a cinnamon spiced crust. The apple dessert, a new twist on the classic Impossible Pie, is made with fresh apples and a streusel topping.
