Major Caldwell surpassed a San Fernando High legend Friday night.
But at game's end, the prolific senior was only thinking about the end of his football career with the Tigers.
Fourth-seeded San Fernando (6-5) turned the ball over five times and dropped a 19-16 decision to visiting Jordan in a City Section Division playoff opener Friday.
Caldwell finished with 123 yards on 28 carries to pass the great Anthony Davis, who gained 1,566 yards in 1970, as the highest single-season rusher in school history.
