Area congressmen and both of California's U.S. senators supported President Clinton's decision to bomb Iraq on Wednesday, although at least one Republican said he was concerned about the timing.
Senators Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer, both Democrats, issued statements backing the U.S. airstrikes.
