GLENDALE - A man was killed in Glendale Wednesday by a southbound Metrolink train, about two blocks south of where another man was killed Dec. 4, authorities said.
The accident happened about 4:20 p.m. in the 6000 block of San Fernando Road, said Glendale police Sgt. Matt Wojnarowski.
The train was going about 65 mph, and the engineer sounded his horn, but the man did not move, he said.
No identification was found.
On Dec. 4, Lorenzo Kim, 47, of Sylmar was hit by a train after he walked around a barrier at Grandview Avenue.
