Game 2: Knicks lead 1-0
TV: TNT, 5 p.m.
Outlook: Alonzo Mourning sat on the Heat bench for 19 minutes in Miami's 88-79 Game 1 loss, opening the door for New York to regroup from a poor first half and shake off nine days' rest. The Knicks' Allan Houston scored a game-high 27 points and had an 18-0 third-quarter run that put New York ahead to stay. He also stopped Heat 3-point specialist Voshon Lenard, who scored just two points. Miami was 5 of 25 from 3-point range.
