Giancarlo Zaretti and his wife, Laura, who sold their Northridge eating place and opened the Valencia Inn, at 25864 Tournament Road where Mel's Landing used to be, decided to drop the continental approach and return to a full Italian menu at their restaurant.
Consequently, their Valencia Inn is now called Villa Roma Ristorante Italiano and they've brought back their successful Caffe Zaretti concept as practiced at their previous restaurant.
This means much lower pricing with starters and salads running from $7 to $10, 10 pastas from $9 to $13 (seven under $10), 10 entrees (with soup or salad) at $13 and three at $14, and ...
