A former actor with Great Britain's famed Royal Shakespeare Company, Niall Padden would love to see more of the Bard's work performed locally.
``My own dreams are to see a permanent Shakespeare company here,'' said the Westlake Village resident, who recently played Theseus in ``A Midsummer Night's Dream'' at California Lutheran University's Kingsmen Park.
In the meantime, Niall plans to participate this fall in readings of Shakespeare's plays at Borders bookstore in Thousand Oaks. His 11-year-old son Peter will play the servant to Niall's Mercutio in ``Romeo and Juliet,'' and he also will portray Prospero in ``The ...
