KILL DEVIL HILLS -- KILL DEVIL HILLS - The town will celebrate its 50th anniversary in style during 2003 with a municipal fair, a 1950s-themed dance and other programs scheduled throughout the year.
An estimated $87,000 is expected to be spent on the festivities during the 2002-2003 budget year, but town officials say they hope to recoup much of the money through ticket, cookbook and calendar sales.
