Is goat's milk any better for you than cow's milk?
John C. Bruhn, a dairy foods specialist in the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of California, Davis, says, "Nutritionally speaking, there is not much difference between cow's milk and goat's milk. There are some people - from infants to adults - who are allergic to cow's milk proteins and find relief by consuming goat's milk.
