Regarding the Menendez brothers retrial:
The jurors, I believe, were unjustly deprived of manslaughter verdicts, which were allowed at the first trials.
The Bible states, ``Fathers, provoke not your children to wrath''; and also teaches that it is better for a child offender to be drowned in the depth of the sea, and a rapist should die because this crime is counted the same as murder.
Did not the father of Lyle and Erik Menendez provoke them to wrath?
During the first trial, a family member spoke of noting a change in Erik's personality when he was a young child - a sign that abuse might be happening.
