BURBANK - A pair of young Burbank men stabbed by gang members early Saturday morning were attacked because they were wearing gang-style attire, police said Monday.
One of the two 18-year-olds was stabbed more than 10 times, but is expected to recover, said Lt. Larry Koch of the Burbank Police Department. The other victim was stabbed once in the arm and has been released from the hospital.
Six known gang members, three of them male juveniles, have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, Koch said.
