MOUNTAINEER BANKSHARES OF W.VA. INC. TO REPURCHASE COMMON STOCK
MARTINSBURG, W.Va., May 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Mountaineer Bankshares of W.Va. Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: MTNR) approved the repurchase of up to 2 percent of the outstanding shares of Mountaineer common stock.
The purchase may be made in open market transactions, block transactions or privately negotiated purchases. The company has not previously repurchased any of its shares. Market conditions and prices will dictate the actual number of shares purchased.
