Here in the land Down Under, President Clinton is, by his own immodest admission, feeling ``on top of the world.''
In the last 48 hours, Clinton received a standing ovation for his address to Parliament, toured the Sydney Opera House, bought a bush hat and some aboriginal art, and survived what the White House described as an 18-hole lesson in chip shots and hip swings from Greg Norman, the Australian golf great.
Thursday morning, he headed off to a wildlife sanctuary in a rain forest outside this palm-speckled beach resort near the Great Barrier Reef, in search of kangaroos, wallabies and crocodiles.
