RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. -- Vineyard National Bancorp parent of Vineyard Bank today announced that David Johnson has joined the company as vice president supporting the Bank's Single Family Residential (SFR) Construction Division in Manhattan Beach. The announcement was made by Norman Morales, president and chief executive officer.
