LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Judge Floyd "Buddy" Villines, the Pulaski County Public Facilities Board and Freddie Mac today announced a $43 million affordable lease-purchase homeownership to help families living in Pulaski County, Arkansas, including the City of Little Rock, to help become homeowners despite credit issues and a lack of downpayment savings.
This Lease-Purchase initiative consists of a wide-ranging collaboration that also includes the Metropolitan National Bank, Argenta CDC, In-Affordable Housing Inc., Crews & Associates, Inc. and The American Homeownership Foundation, a non-profit organization that sponsored the program.
