NEPTUNE, N.J. -- Dr. Robert A. Vukovich, Chairman and Founder of InfaCare Pharmaceutical Corporation, a sister company to WellSpring Pharmaceutical Corporation of Neptune, NJ, announced today that Paul J. Marangos, Ph.D. has been selected as Chief Executive Officer of InfaCare and a member of its Board of Directors. Dr. Marangos will assume his new position April 8, 2002.
