Call it the belated return engagement Final Four.
Kansas, Indiana and Oklahoma join Maryland in Atlanta this weekend. The first three programs are no strangers to the game's ultimate destination. And the last time each of them battled this far through the bracket, all had every right to think more great seasons lay ahead.
But seasons ultimately are measured by the Final Four, and the door closed for each of them around the same time, long before they ever imagined.
