California Pizza Kitchen (Nasdaq:CPKI), a leading casual dining restaurant chain and home of the Original BBQ Chicken pizza and many other innovative hearth-baked pizzas, creative pastas, salads, soups and sandwiches, will open its third Michigan restaurant at Laurel Park Place, Livonia, MI, just west of Detroit on Tuesday, April 23, 2002.
