AMETEK Inc. (NYSE:AME) today announced that the Board of Directors has elected Mr. George Jucha, Vice President and General Manager of its Specialty Metal Products Division, effective April 1, 2002.
Mr. Jucha currently serves as Division Vice President for Specialty Metal Products, with responsibility for the division's Eighty Four, PA, operations. Mr. Jucha replaces Mr. Joseph H. Ricketts, Jr., who retires later this year after thirty-one years with the Company, including the last nine as Vice President and General Manager.
