Rock-Tenn Co. was losing approximately $2 million a year on high-definition flexo printing when Gerry O'Hanlon came to the company five years ago. The company took a methodical approach to solving its problems and has turned its flexo printing business from a loss to a profit. O'Hanlon, printing manager of Rock-Tenn's Marshville, N.C., facility, spoke last week to the Flexographic Pre-Press Platemakers Association (FPPA) during its 5th Annual Convention at the Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa in Ft.
