Hampshire police arrested two teenagers Monday morning and accused them of stealing a car in Wisconsin.

The driver, a 15-year-old male from Doylestown, Wis., was charged with unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle and unlawful possession of a converted vehicle, according to a police report. He also was cited for aggravated fleeing to elude police, driving without a valid driver's license, improper lane usage, speeding and driving without proof of insurance, police said.
