CLOEREN INC. - Founder Peter Cloeren Sr. died March 7 of natural causes. He was 85. Cloeren emigrated from Germany in 1957 and founded the Orange, Texas-based supplier of extrusion die systems in 1972.
TORAY PLASTICS (AMERICA) INC. - The North Kingstown, R.I.-based film maker restructured operations into three business units and named three senior vice presidents and general managers to head them: Robert Leach, Lumirror; Richard Schloesser, Torayfan; and Glenn Owens, PEF.
