Cincinnati's famous fugitive cow likely will be moooooving to New York next month, courtesy of artist Peter Max.
Max reached an agreement Wednesday to buy the cow from the slaughterhouse where it escaped last month by jumping a six-foot fence, beginning an 11-day odyssey that drew worldwide headlines.
But before the celebrity bovine heads off to an animal sanctuary, Cincinnati will get a chance to bid farewell at Monday's Findlay Market Opening Day parade, in which Mayor Charlie Luken is to present the cow with a key to the city.
