STATE REP. JUDY MILLER BIDS FOR MICHIGAN SENATE 17TH DISTRICT SEAT

DETROIT, May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Michigan State Rep. Judy Miller (R-65th District) today filed for the 17th Michigan Senate seat in the upcoming election. Miller was city commissioner in Birmingham, Mich., from 1981 until 1985, when she was elected state representative of the 65th District, a position she holds now.

Miller is expected to face two opponents in the Aug. 7 primary: incumbent State Sen. Richard Fessler and State Rep. David Honigman.

Miller has been an Oakland County resident for 27 years. She received her bachelor of science degree from Western Reserve University ...
