Millennium Cell Inc. (Nasdaq:MCEL), a development-stage company that has created a proprietary technology to safely generate and store hydrogen, and the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, Tennessee today announced the successful completion of a beta test program designed to evaluate Millennium Cell's Hydrogen on Demand(TM) technology.
