Synergi Global Travel Management is going through some changes. And as a company that has grown from only 12 members when it started in 1992 into a $12 billion global business travel management network of 53 companies, those changes will be anything but small scale.

First, it has a new chairman of the board, Dan Green, who is president and CEO of Sea Gate Travel. Sea Gate is Synergi's new sole U.S. partner, replacing McCord Travel Management, which merged with WorldTravel/BTI in February.
