WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 2002
MeriStar Hospitality Corporation (NYSE: MHX), the nation's third largest hotel real estate investment trust (REIT), and MeriStar Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: MMH), the nation's largest independent hotel management company, today announced that the companies will release first-quarter financial results on Tuesday, May 7, 2002, before the market's opening.
Both companies will hold conference calls on May 7 to discuss their results.
MeriStar Hospitality will hold its quarterly conference call at 10 a.m. ET, while MeriStar Hotels & Resorts' conference call will begin at 2 p.m. ET. ...
