KANATA, Ontario -- GSI Lumonics Inc. today announced the receipt of an order for M430 WaferRepair(TM) Systems from one of the world's leading semiconductor producers. The total value of this order is approximately $6 million.
Supporting both 300mm and 200mm wafer production, the M430 features industry-leading precision and throughput for processing advanced SRAM, DRAM, logic and System-on-aChip devices. This platform contains many technical innovations to keep pace with our customers most ambitious roadmap programs.
These systems are expected to ship throughout the year.
