DALLAS -- Careers and the Disabled Magazine awarded Greyhound lead telephone sales agent, Charles "Larry" Garner, Jr., one of its "Employees of the Year."
Garner was awarded based on his career accomplishments. He will be honored by the magazine at its Tenth Annual Awards reception on Thursday, April 4 from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at the Marriott Hotel in Uniondale, NY.
"There is a limited amount of good jobs out there for visually impaired people," said Garner. "Greyhound is a good company to work for, and it has helped me improve my communications and customer service skills. I recommend it for others who are visually impaired."
