What did you do before? Moved from another Web agency. Before that I worked for e-publisher Chadwick Healey.

How did you get here? Started on the technical side and then moved into client contact.

What's your driving force? Having a mixture of skills and understanding a client's requirements.

What's the best thing about you? Always upbeat and happy. Keeping others motivated.

What's the worst thing about you? I can get too bogged down with detail. A bit soft as well.
