Apr. 3--The likely buyer of St. Joseph Healthcare is too new to have a track record, but it has a lot of history.
And even though Ardent Health Services of Nashville has yet to finalize a purchase agreement with Denver's Catholic Health Initiatives, it already has a number of New Mexico connections.
