Today, more and more people are trying to eat a large variety of
foods for a healthier lifestyle, including pastas, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
Altering menus to include more nutrituous foods doesn't have to mean giving up favorite dishes. Take Quick Vegetable Manicotti, for example. A few alterations to the traditional Italian dish results in a healthier makeover.
