COASTFED PROPERTIES CHANGES NAME;

PLANS CONSTRUCTION OF 3,000 APARTMENT UNITS

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 15 /PRNewswire/ -- CoastFed Properties, one of California's largest residential developers, has been renamed Casden Properties. The company, formerly a general partnership of The Casden Company and Coast Savings and Loan Association, has been wholly owned by Alan I. Casden since January 1990.
